It is such a prominent real estate phenomenon these days that banks have actually taken up the practice of notifying struggling home-owners that they are pre-approved to short sell. And people are jumping at the opportunity to do so.
Matt Richtel wins Pulitzer Prize

Matt, who now lives in San Francisco, is a graduate of Boulder High School and was given the prestegious award for his series on driving and multitasking titled, “Driven to Distraction.”
