The last 30 years has been a great time for Boulder real estate, with a trend of house price appreciation that seems to never stop. This is according to the House Price Index – a statistic published by the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA). The almost mind-blowing reality is that over the past 30 years the Boulder housing market has appreciated 379%. That’s an average appreciation of 12.6% each year.
