What are the advantages of the location in Longmont and the neighborhood?

The views of Longs Peak are just incredible. Another advantage is the close proximity to schools in the St Vrain School District. It’s also very convienent to Boulder, Denver, or Longmont and their high tech companies.

Have there been any recent renovations or upgrades?

Well the home is only three years old, it’s in immaculate condition. One of the features that stands out is the beatiful wood plantation shutters.

Tell us more about the community of Somerset Meadows.

Somerset Meadows is an upscale neighborhood including million dollar plus homes, but this home is definitely more affordable. This price is so great not only because of it’s location but because it is a Craftsman style home with stone and stucco and a concrete tile roof.

Anything else you would like to tell me that makes this home special?

The lower level is walk out and completely finished. There are options for a home office either upstairs or in the basement. And the laundry room is conveniently located on the upstairs bedroom level.
