ICB Moves to a New Location
Posted On September 19th, 2011 by Eric | Comments ClosedIn the month of August, Tom Hill and I represented ICB (Islamic Center of Boulder) in their purchase of the Bethany Baptist church located on 5495 Baseline Road Boulder, Colorado. ICB purchased the building for $1,850,000 ($89 per SF). The building sits on approximately 130,000 SF of land. ICB raised approximately $486,000 from its congregation in the last month to get the deal closed.
