First Half Numbers

This compares to an increase of approximately 25% for the Northern Colorado market, as reported by IRES MLS. In addition, the Wright Kingdom agent is performing at 290% of the typical real estate agent member of IRES in number of transactions.
Pending Home Sales Surge Continues

This is according to the House Price Index – a statistic published by the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA). Even with few markets showing positive appreciation each quarter, Boulder still holds a percentage well above the average (and median). The almost mind-blowing reality is that over the past 30 years the Boulder housing market has appreciated 379%. That’s an average appreciation of 12.6% each year.
